Copays vary by insurance plan and are due at the beginning of each psychotherapy session. If you have a secondary insurance company in addition to Carefirst, please provide details during the consultation session.

Please contact your health insurance carrier(s) member service line to inquire about out-of-network benefits under your plan. Be sure to ask specifically about the percentage of the out-of-pocket costs that are covered by your out-of-network benefits as well as if a deductible applies to outpatient/behavioral health services.”

Wellness coaching session:   $80.00

Cancellations

Please note that if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require that you provide us with at least a 24-hour notice. Failure to do so may result in you being charged for the full cost of your session.
